We collect information provided through enquiries, account registration, support requests and use of Athenium OS. We may also collect technical information including IP addresses, browser information and usage data.

Athenium OS may process employee, contractor, training, compliance, health and safety and HR-related data on behalf of customer organisations. In such cases, the customer is the Data Controller and Athenium Systems Ltd is the Data Processor.

We use data to provide services, manage customer accounts, improve our systems, communicate with customers and comply with legal obligations.

Data may be processed using trusted providers including Webflow (website hosting and contact form handling), Microsoft 365 (email), Render and Microsoft Azure (application hosting for Athenium OS) and payment providers. On this website we also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google), and Microsoft Clarity for session recording and heatmaps (Microsoft). Enquiries sent through our contact form are stored securely by Webflow and forwarded to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. This website is built and hosted on Webflow, which stores website data in the United States and serves it through a global content delivery network. Google and Microsoft process analytics data relating to your visit in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
