Accessibility Statement

Athenium Systems Ltd wants everyone who visits atheniumsystems.co.uk to be able to find what they need, understand it and use it, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and test against them before every major release.

Every page uses a logical heading structure, descriptive link text and labelled form fields. Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative imagery is hidden from screen readers. Text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios, and the site can be navigated and operated with a keyboard alone. Animation respects the “reduce motion” preference in your operating system: turn it on and moving elements are shown as static layouts.

Some animated sections, such as our scrolling client logo strip and testimonial carousel, are decorative; the information they carry is also available as plain text on the page. A small number of third-party embeds (our consent banner and the spam check on the contact form) are provided by other companies and we cannot change how they render. We review these regularly and will replace any that fall short.
